Our Modular Homes VS Mobile Homes, Other Modulars, And Site Built Homes

The Purpose of this sheet is to show our customers how OUR homes compare to Mobile Homes, other Modular Homes, and Site-built homes. There are a lot of great mobile home sales centers in the Wilmington/Hampstead area. However, at their factories they build singlewides, doublewides, and modular homes all in the same facility. Consequently they use the same exact materials in each of the those homes. We, on the other hand, ONLY build OFF FRAME MODULAR HOMES and use only OFF FRAME MODULAR HOME materials. Most importantly (and best of all) none of our homes have a frame under them. Even though an on frame modular is a modular home, often time banks will not finance them. A lot of appraisers will not give them the same value as an off frame modular. When it comes to re-sale, some people will even look under the home, see a frame, and think of it as a trailer – especially when the foundation does not even touch or even support the home itself.
